David M. Lawrence

David M. Lawrence is an associate attorney at Barnes Crosby FitzGerald & Zeman, LLP.  Mr. Lawrence practices business and commercial litigation in state and federal courts, including contract disputes, partnership and corporate disputes, business torts, fraud, commercial landlord/tenant disputes, and collections.

Prior to joining Barnes Crosby FitzGerald & Zeman, LLP in 2006, Mr. Lawrence gained extensive experience handling the litigation needs of manufacturers, dealers, and finance companies in the manufactured home industry.

Mr. Lawrence received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine in 1996 and his juris doctorate from the University of Colorado School of Law.  He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2000, and is admitted to practice in the Central District of the U.S. District Court of California.
