George A. Vausher – Of Counsel

George Vausher has an extensive background in business and corporate law that makes him uniquely qualified to handle unusual business problems and complex matters.   Mr. Vausher graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1981 and then spent the first 14 years of his career working for various professional services firms, including the prestigious firm of Katz Fram Leitner Zander in Los Angeles where he was an account manager for some of the firm’s important clients.  In 1994, he completed his J.D. at Loyola Law School, then went on to complete a Masters of Law at New York University School of Law. 

Mr. Vausher established his practice in 1997 and, since that time, he has been engaged by a wide variety of clients including manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, professional corporations, medical corporations, dealers, and brokers.   Mr. Vausher also has an extensive background in tax, estate, and probate matters, and a significant part of his practice is assisting clients with trusts, estate planning, probate and trust litigation.  His experience allows him to provide clients with the best possible flexibility, as well as sufficient and adequate remedies.       

Mr. Vausher is very active in the community and is founder of Easy Company, a Professional Fraternity-Sorority, Inc., an organization that assists professionals in establishing friendships and business contacts.
